The Forest Lodge is inviting applicants for the following vacant positions:
1. PURCHASING ASSISTANT (Seasonal)
Scope and General Purpose of the Job:
- Responsible for the procurement of equipment, supplies, materials
and other items needed for the Hotel operations in an efficient, honest and professional manner.
Qualifications:
-Male
-Must be a resident of Baguio or nearby areas
-College Graduate with background in Basic Accounting
-Must be able to do multi-tasking and is highly organized
-Must be willing to work on shifting schedules
-knows how to drive
2.INCOME AUDITOR
Scope and General Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for the efficient and effective performance of audit works in accordance with the established audit procedures.
Qualifications:
-Male or Female
-Must be a resident of Baguio or nearby areas only
-College Graduate, preferably Accounting, Financial Management or related courses
-Must have the ability to work on night shift (11pm to 7am) at certain times and can work extended hours if the need arises
-Ability to maintain excellent relations with other staff and maintain staff and guest confidentiality at all times
-Must be able to do multi-tasking and must be highly organized
-Must be analytical and have a keen eye for details
